There may be certain orders that Capro Labs is unable to accept and must cancel. Capro Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to you. You accept and undertake that the same is acceptable and that you will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in cancellation of Your order includes, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified with respect to payment . We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the said amount will be reimbursed within 10 working days. Notwithstanding the above reasons, in the event that you wish to cancel Your Order, the same must be communicated to Capro Labs via an official communication within 2 working days of placing the order. In the event of you cancelling the order after 2 working days, we reserve the right not to execute the request and based on the sole discretion of Capro Labs you may be entitled to accept the order and pay for the same. In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the Capro Labs through any of the channels mentioned on the Website. Upon receiving your complaint, Capro Labs shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will endeavour to provide you a replacement at the earliest. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Capro Labs reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for any and all costs incurred by Capro Labs in this regard. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform Capro Labs at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Capro Labs depending on the nature and category of the product. Please note that allegedly damaged/defective products should be unused for Capro Labs to ensure replacement. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Capro Labs in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. Please notify Capro Labs of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Capro Labs shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order. You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within 1 day from receipt of such notice. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Capro Labs, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Capro Labs or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Returns are not possible in the following cases: 1. Used products 2. Return request is made outside the specified time frame. 3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
